The whispers of shaytaan ( devil )?

Wa alaikum asalaam. Do not worry you are not alone :) Shaitan whispers such things to those who increase in faith and rank

When this used to happen to me I would always remember why I converted and the time when reading the Quran would redefine perfection for me everytime I read it, thinking such perfection is only Divine

Even today I can’t be thankful enough to God for sending this miracle that we can hold right in our hands and read with our own eyes to know that He exists and we are on the right path

I feel like lately I became more closer to God alhamdulillah,=

Allah swt describe Himself: He is Allah"

He is Allah , other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

He is Allah , other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him.

He is Allah , the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

think of shaytaa / satan as it is under your feet, if it cause you to sin, Allah swt forgive all sins.

Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."

thoughts can be over come by zikr & knowledge.

The closer you get to Allah the louder Shaytan whispers. Eventually he will be screaming at you because he does not want you to be close to Allah. Keep fighting. You can never lose by fighting. You only lose when you give up and stop the fight.

~ Narrated by Abu Hurayrah (ra): “Some of the companions of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ came to him and said, ‘We find in our hearts things that none of us dares utter.’ He said, ‘Do you really find that?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He (Muhammad ﷺ ) said, ‘That is clear faith.’” [Sahih Muslim(2/153)]

So one should not believe that he is the first Muslim to get these evil thoughts!

According to this hadith, if you get thoughts you do not dare to utter, YOU HAVE CLEAR FAITH!

One has to understand why it’s clear faith, scholars have stated that it’s because one doesn’t dare to utter it, thus rejecting the thought, etc!

It is hard to control the whispers~ but it is easy to ignore. All that satan can do is whisper, he can not force you into anything...he is weak ~ just ignore him.

So next time you hear these whispers ~ just say "auzubillahi minashaytaanir rajeem" -- you can say Ayat-ul-Qursi - http://quran.com/2/255 ~ and you can also say the Azaan

These will be a mean of protection against the satan.

Wow, Masha Allah, ur getting waswas bcuz satan is envious of u getting clsoe to God, this is a sign ur getting closer. Please keep up ur efforts :)

Satans job is to make us go astray, he is upset ur doing well.

These impedements come up for all, so dont let it discourage u, let it encourage u in knowing ur doing the right thing.

satan does it to those who progress in their status. For getting

rid of insinuations of satan, recite La hawala wala quwata more

often. A hundred times or more and in shaa Allah you will be

saved from it.
