how do i make google my main search engine on mac?

before it was google that was my search engine now it changed to bing when i search things up instead i have to type google.com to go to it i don't like bing and plus on the top right of the safari window it has the search bar and when i click the magnifying glass it says google yahoo and bing its selected to google and its still bing and when i go preferances from safari it says default search engine and it has google selected or typed in it and still its bing please help me i don't like bing plus this happened when i installed something
