Signs that a manager maybe bullying a employee?
What are some examples of bullying in the work place? What are some indications that a manager maybe bullying or taking advantage of an employee. If you have dealt with this personally go on and share your experience.

If the manager singles out a particular worker to speak in a disrespectful manner,ignores problems which the worker brings to him/her and generally treats that person worse than the other workers that is bullying. It's hard to prove,though,even if there's someone else to complain to. The best thing to do
is to look for another position and leave for greener pastures as soon as possible.

I have actually seen this before in my work place where manager gets another co-worker to go after that person and then that person goes and complain to the manager and then manager sides with the other co-worker and writes him up.When all along it was the manager that stirred the whole drama up and he ends up making him out to be a trouble maker. That's sneaky and evil.
I wonder what you can do about that situation
Just remember the law of the universe what you do to others come back 3 folds... around 6 ms later that manager was battling cancer he survived through it, but his whole attitude changed. Lesson learned
