As you have no programming experience then I suggest you to either start with Python or Java programming languages. These two languages are easy to learn and help you to get yourself into coding.

Some of the good online resources for learning programming languages-

http://tutorialspoint.com/ - This website have theory which is very easy to understand and provide good explanation about the basics of various programming languages.

http://thenewboston.org/tutorials.php - This website provide free video tutorials on various programming languages including Java and Python. Their teaching is very simple and easy to understand.

http://www.codecademy.com/ - This website is a good place for the beginners for learning Python languages. This website provide good explanation about Python language.

cprogramming.com is where I learned computer science. The owner of the website wrote a very good book (or so I hear). I would start online first, but that's just me.

There is also tutorialspoint.com which offers tutorials for A LOT of different programming languages.

First of course you would have to choose a programming language. Some recommend Python or Ruby. I choose to differ, I would recommend C, followed by C++. They (c++ especially) can be considered to be quite difficult, however they are pretty close to machine code level, which means that you will learn how computers actually do stuff. Other languages hide this from you, so you won't get the opportunity to learn the "behind-the-scenes" of computers.
