Tattoos that show freedom?
Not patriotic. But tattoos that show strong independence. Tattoos that show one can never be held down, maybe like a bird or a ship? Any suggestions?

if you want to be typical, swallows and eagles (soaring) can represent freedom. I dont understand the freedom thing from swallows though. I get that any bird really can respresent freedom since they can fly, and do whatever the want. I have a full sleeve on my left arm, half on my right, and my chest done. I think you should get whatever YOU feel represents freedom to YOU. Dont worry about what anyone else thinks since the tattoo is for YOU and can be interpreted and way you see fit. That my opinion

Maybe a pair of wings? Or the ying-yang symbol. Even the word 'freedom' in a different language would be cute. A wolf, or a bird??
