Will a new playstation model come out fore the playstation vita? if so when?

They already released a newer model of the Vita a couple months ago in Japan. It has an LCD screen instead of the previous one's OLED and it's very slightly smaller.
That said, Sony does not plan on releasing it outside of Japan. But since Vitas are not region locked, there's nothing stopping you from importing one.
