help need answers my labia?
I have a large lump on my labia it is under the skin and also has a large dark spot on it. It appeared overnight. I also have one on the other side that suddenly popped up today. There is also a smaller one with a white spot. What is it??

It's an ingrown hair. Press a warm washcloth on it to relieve pain & encourage it to burst.

It's an ingrown hair. It can happen whether or not you shave down there, because that area of the body can have really sensitive, weird skin. Just don't shave until they're gone and put a warm washcloth to the area for 15 minutes twice daily.
