15 and maybe pregnant please help?

Last period 25th Nov it lasted until 2nd Dec my perids every 28th. I've had sexual activity almost each weekend of December and there was a lot of *** on every thing and everyarea (we weren't careful and the condom was too big.)

It's 31 days since my last period.

I've had discharged abd lots of it.

And around my nipples is huge and I've had bad facial breakouts.
