Gov't funding/child support?

I'm a homeless teen in Red Deer, Alberta. I'm hoping to find a way to have my child support directed to the shelter I'm at or my mailbox, instead of my birth mother, but I can't seem to find anything online. I am also looking into government funding to help me get my own place quicker, if anyone can help me there? The shelter is killing my vibes and I want to be my own person again asap. Any help on these subjects would be lovely(:
