Can you get fired for employee relations?
The company is called berkshire and its a apartment complex. In Houston tx. My old girlfriend is going out with her manager there. And im on amission to get her fired. I have two saved text message conversations of them telling each other how irresitable the other on is and calling each other baby. You can clearly tell its not strictly work realted material. I left a for the regiaonal manager about it she was out of office for the holidays. And i also hacked her fbook and acted like her and messaged that same lady found her on the Berkshire employee page on fbook. I messaged her the two pics i have and pretty much said i wanted to let you know me and the manager (I named the person first and last name) are dating i wanted to tell you before anyone else said anything about it blah blah blah... But my question is can she they both get fired for that? lol
I am not sure how they run things at mcdonalds but i work at clinic and this is our policy per human recources..
E. When a relationship occurs employees will have 60 days for one of them to transfer to a vacant position in another department or to terminate employment with the clinic. If the issue has not been resolved at the end of 60 days, the Director of Human Resources and the Director of the respective departments will make a decision jointly.
F. Employees must immediately report to their supervisor if they become part of a relationship that is covered by this policy. Employees who do not report such a relationship will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include transfer or termination of employment.
and im not a bully the b*tch was still living with me i just kicked her out tonight and she still is asking me for rides to work. ANNNd on top of that I am the one who got her the job there.

It's time to let it go. I understand how you feel. But don't let this girl pull you down. Your better then this. Your better then her. She wants to make you into the bad guy.
What she's doing to you is a type of abuse. Don't fall for it.
Your best bet is to get out while you can. Just let her be.

Without an employment contract or union membership, all employees are "at will," which means they an be fired for anything or nothing at all.
