Can you get fored for employee relations?
The company is called berkshire and its a apartment complex. In Houston tx. My old girlfriend is going out with her manager there. And im on amission to get her fired. I have two saved text message conversations of them telling each other how irresitable the other on is and calling each other baby. You can clearly tell its not strictly work realted material. I left a for the regiaonal manager about it she was out of office for the holidays. And i also hacked her fbook and acted like her and messaged that same lady found her on the Berkshire employee page on fbook. I messaged her the two pics i have and pretty much said i wanted to let you know me and the manager (I named the person first and last name) are dating i wanted to tell you before anyone else said anything about it blah blah blah... But my question is can she they both get fired for that? lol
Moved on?? The b*itch was still living with me i just kicked her out tonight. she is still asking me for rides to work. and i am the one who put in the man hours making her resume applying to all kind of places for her thats how she got this job.

E. When a relationship occurs employees will have 60 days for one of them to transfer to a vacant position in another department or to terminate employment with the clinic. Not this type, she can't. She can date her apartment manager. He might not be able to date her.

Most companys have their own policies about 'in company' relationships. Some do. Some don't. Heck, it's hard to work with a person, day in and day out, if you are available (for a relationship) to not find other people interesting. I work with 100+ people everyday. I am in a relationship, and so..am not looking. If I was single, I might find someone there, to at least date. What's a question....it seems your 'ex' has moved on, from you. Why are you spending so much time, trying to get revenge. Is that going to somehow bring her back to you? No. If they are gone, they are gone. If you continue to do this, she can actually file harassment charges on you..and that can be jail time. Especially, since you admit you 'hacked' her FB account. and are now contacting her employer. Do you really think an employer has time for this childish behavior, or cares? Move on.
