Would this be a good build up for a HBK VS Bryan match at WM30?

On the first Raw after the Royal Rumble, Shawn Michaels makes a surprise appearance and talks about his friendship with Triple H and about how HHH always had his back when nobody else did. Daniel Bryan ends up coming out and challenges Shawn to a match at WM30, but Shawn declines and says he is retired and leaves the ring. For the next couple of weeks Bryan begs Shawn to fight him at WM30, until HBK makes an appearance on the Raw before the Elimination Chamber and tells Bryan if he ever came out of retirement, it would be to fight an "A Plus" player instead of a "B Plus" player like Bryan. As Bryan leaves the ring, he tells HBK, "your nothing more than a sellout" and leaves. At the Elimination Chamber, Bryan and Orton are left in the WWE Title Chamber match, until Shawn Michaels appears under the chamber like he did to Undertaker in 2010 and super kicks Bryan to allow Orton to retain. The next night on Raw HBK explains himself and calls Bryan out and accepts Bryan's challenge at WM30.
