Pacquiao Refuses To Engage Mayweather in Verbal War?
Manny Pacquiao has refused to take the bait. For several days, on the social networks, WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. has been taking shots at the Filipino star with photos and reminding Pacquiao of his tax troubles and the 2012 knockout loss to Juan Manuel Marquez.
“I’m thanking Floyd Mayweather that he has not forgotten me. I’m glad that he is still thinking of me,” Pacquiao told the Inquirer.
“Christmas reminds us of God’s greatest love for us. He teaches us to love even our enemies. So, I won’t say anything that would hurt anybody,” Pacquiao said.
what do you think?

Manny Pacquiao has always been a modest and humble champion even in defeat he has shown humility, so why would he change at this point in his career/ as said before he/Pacquiao has always been a class act. Floyd has been the way he is both are great fighters but just different ways of expressing their emotions and have different upbringings.

How can Pacquiao stoop to this level of childishness if he is a politician? He would be ripped to shreds in his home country if he exhibited childishness like that. There is also a tax evasion case hanging over his head so h must have other things on his mind.

I think Manny wants his fists to do the talking for him if and once they finally get to fight inside the ring.
But on the other hand, I think Floyd just did that to keep the fans' already waning interest in a Floyd-Pac fight alive. True, he has ruled out a fight with Pacquiao in 2014 and Bob Arum has recently said Floyd is also out of their radar for next year. But Pacquiao 's contract with Arum is also lapsing by yearend of 2014. In baiting Manny, Floyd might be investing ahead of a possible fight by 2015 once Pacquiao is already out of Arum's camp.

Mayweather is right. Manny is not as his level. Floyd is in a very much lower level than Manny. With regards to Arum, he's just another excuse for Floyd to avoid Manny.

Very well said by an honest, caring, and classy person.

the Afro-Americans are good at what they call as Black Baiting ! Floyd will try to intimidate Pacman to get angry, so Manny will fall into Floyd's trap. Then he will blame Manny for the anger.

Talk is cheap, people who talk sh!t like tough are cowards...The one who keeps talking are scared...
Mike tyson talk a lot versus lennox because he is scared to fight lennox...And that is a fact...he said that in an interview...Floyd is scared to naturally he will talk trash...coward mthfcker..

man, he doesnt even have to say anythin about it...
he cant even hype up his own fight where floyd is so good at...
the guy cant speak good english and therefore boring... but I bet It will b the opposite if you put the two together inside the ring

Of course he isn't, it's no surprise.
No offense to Manny, but that dude is extremely boring. I never look forward to a Pacquiao press conference or "Face-Off", or anything like that.
Reporters even talk about how Manny is a terrible interview, he's the last person who would get into a verbal confrontation, no matter who was talking sh*t to him.
