PlayStation Network deleted my friends list?
A couple of minutes ago I turn off my ps3. I turn it back on and notice my friends list is loading slower than usual, so i went to it to see there wasn't a friends list AT ALL. i have 100 friends and they're all gone. when i try to add them back, i get a message saying "An error occurred during the add operation" following by the error code 8002A669. What should I do about this? This is the second time this has happend.
Btw, if any of you are wondering why i didn't contact sony, its because all the agents are busy (live chat) and the sony # is busy as well.

it happened to me too its probably a glitch since sony released the new consoles they might be working on them a lot of people got faulty ps4s on christmas so people can be calling sony and thats why you cant reach them.they will probably come back soon i hope. theres probably a bunch of people trying to get on their ps3 and ps4s since it was christmas and a bunch of people trying to get on the same server can cause server problems for sony so dont worry they will hopefully come back to you
