I don't understand your question. Are you saying that good work is God? I'm not sure if you know, but this is called a fallacy of ambiguity, you are defining "God" in the way you want.

What most people understand by "God", is an omnipotent, omnipresent and so on Being*. You cannot say "God" is a verb (e.g. work). That doesn't make sense. Why not simply call it "good work"? Why should we introduce the word "God" here?

And even a religious person could object to you, that bad work sometimes guides to greater good, how could you argue against this according to your logic?

No work is God. Whether it's good or bad. God doesn't do anything. Good work makes good karma and bad, bad karma, that's all. There's evil demons as there are good angles who act for God, but they are not God. Creation comes out of God, and it's dualistic, a Taoistic schism. But all duality is an illusion of opposites where everything is really one, because in Reality only God exists, so you can't take evil away without taking the good away.
