I get a wifi signal from a business but not very strong since is down the street how can I make it stronger.

buy a parabolic wifi antenna and point it to the source of the wifi signal.
it's cheap and effective.
you could also put a small wifi router behind it, and connect the antenna to it, and have it in a bridge configuration.

you must buy a networking device called "Wi-Fi Extenders" in this case. You must attach it to the router in your business place I guess so. Better use the keyword "Wi-Fi Extenders" and make your way yourselves!
