How do you say "fit challenge" in spanish?

    "Operación Bikini" (Bikini Challenge)

    I'm not sure if it's exactly the same, but it is close. In Spain (I don't know about other Spanish speaking countries), when people start doing diets and going to the gym so they'll get fit for the summer, it's called "operación bikini". Otherwise, I don't think it has a name.

    It would be something like "desafío dieta" or "operación dieta", but is more common to say "operación bikini" like Esquela explained.

    In Mexican dialect we would say 'reto dieta' or 'reto para estar en forma'
