Will I get fat eating once a day?

I'm a male 18 and 5'5 and weight is 130 and once a week I eat a whole large cheese pizza from Pizza Hut. And if I do it's the only thing I eat all day. I usually eat once a day and also I am not the healthiest person hahaha like once a week I'll have 8 chicken strips and large fries but I eat nothing else the whole day. Or 2 1/4 burgers and fries. So could I gain weight from this? I'm not trying to get fat. I use to weight 188 3 years ago.

You will get fat by eating all of these foods which are loaded with sodium, fat, cholesterol, and even sugar.

Right now, you are at a healthy weight, but if you continue eating like this for the rest of your life, there's a thin chance you won't become fat, but you will have a lot of problems inside your body, like diabetes, cancer, heart problems, etc.

Even though it's cheaper to eat unhealthily, please try to eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, minimal dairy, and real protein like grilled chicken, fish, nuts, etc. Limit calories to 2,000-2,500, which is easy on a balanced diet. A large pizza from Pizza Hut is over 2,000 calories, and it's not the best way, especially if you're chugging down liter by liter of Mountain Dew.

Start slowly and only eat out once a week, then twice a month, etc. And it doesn't matter what time of day you eat, it's more balanced if you eat 3-5 times a day.
