Who's better defensively, Roy Hibbert or Dwight Howard?

    Roy Hibbert no question! This is NOT the same Howard from Orlando who was a beast & healthy. This modern Howard is still recovering his back injury & who knows he will ever be the same since Orlando.

    Roy Hibbert is almost 40 pounds larger and clogs up the paint more. He is also a better shot blocker. However, Howard is much better in defending the pick and roll and switching off. He is much more mobile and can cover more ground. He's also a better defensive rebounder and can play more quality minutes than Hibbert and stay out of foul trouble better. So Dwight Howard.
