Broncos defense is trash. So no Manning won't lose it for them but their defense probably will. Broncos have turned into a team that relies on their offense heavily and thats never a good thing.

The Broncos would have to lose to the Raiders for this scenario to be possible. The Raiders don't have the offense to keep Manning off the field or the defense to slow Manning down. Even if the Raiders win and Broncos and Chiefs meet in the playoffs, Smith hasn't come anywhere near to "pwning" the Broncos. Manning can choke and the Chiefs still wouldn't take the game.
