Why is he pretending to be someone else?
I dated a guy a couple of months, I wasn't ready to have sex with him and he dumped me by standing me up. Furious, I stopped contacting him and went back on the dating site I found him on. I haven't talked to him in a couple of weeks and he made up a fake person and emailed me on the dating site. I know it's him, but I don't understand why he is pretending to be the other person? Why? he dumped me?

If you already know that the new guy is your previous boyfriend. Then I would not suggest you to contact him again. Anyway if you want to date him again, you can communicate.
