Sharp mild pain on lower abdomen?
It comes and goes and it's on my left side. It often happens randomly.

Hope the following information helps:
There are many organs and structures located on the left side of the abdomen and any disease or problem with them can result in left side abdominal pain. The source for the pain on the left abdomen can also be from organs and structures which are present outside the abdomen.
Women have more organs in the abdomen than men, such as womb, ovaries, fallopian tubes etc. This makes them more likely to suffer from abdominal pain than men.
Most common Causes include: hunger pains, constipation, trapped wind, kidney stones, ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, diverticulitis etc.

Might be getting your period soon? I usually get pains down there about a week before my period comes.
