I accidentally hit my puppy and she's sneezing....?
My puppy was on my bed and she was trying to bite my face and I was scared and worried and then she started growling and barking at me so then I was so scared that I hit her on the nose to get her face away from me. She backed up automatically and then started to sneeze. She probably sneezed like 8 times and then just went to sleep. I feel really bad and now I'm pretty worried...

I think she's ok. When you hit your nose its kinda like hitting your funny bone it hurts and tingled cuz its sensitive. Just try to train her so this never happens again. :)

You did not accidently hit her. The sneezing was from excess moisture in the nose. Haven't you ever been smacked in the nose? It makes your nose drip.
You need to learn ways to handle your puppy that don't involve hitting. A puppy class can help you.
