Cinnamon is a great industry to get involved in. Cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka and is fairly low maintenance crop. It also fetches high prices in the overseas market due to the well-known high quality and reputation of 'Pure Ceylon Cinnamon'. Sri Lanka produces 90% of the world's cinnamon, whilst other countries produce cheaper copies such as cassia. Also there are many in Sri Lanka with experience in growing the crop as it is a traditional crop.

You are the only one that can figure that out as everyone’s abilities, financial situation and knowledge are different. Find an unmet need that is also something that you like to do. Complete a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis and a business plan to prove that the business idea is workable.
