How do I get the games that come in my PS3 bundle?

SO, for Christmas I got a brand new PS3! It was supposed to come with three free games, they were: Rachet and Clank: All 4 One, Little Big Planet 2, and Infamous 2. The problem is, the box and everything else in it gave us no clue to how we are supposed to gain access to the games. My dad thought that they were discs in the box, which they weren't, and my brother thought that once we connected to the internet they would be downloaded, which they weren't. So then we check the Playstation Store, which was no help. Could someone please tell me how I get these games that supposedly should come with my PS3 bundle?
