Vegan Chocolates - May you give me ideas regarding Vegan Ganache?

I want to. Make a vegan ganache. Usually, you blend chocolate with Heavy Whipping Cream. I am wondering if I can use Coconut milk instead?

    You can but use the canned one over the one in the carton, as the fat content is what sets the chocolate, I use 85-90% cocoa solids, simmer the CM, pour it over the chocolate, stir until smooth, then let sit for 5 minutes rewarm and pour or dip. I have also use the regular coconut milk but add a bit of natural coconut fat.

    chocolate is not vegan there is parts per million of animal parts in it.
