Is there proof that frequency shaped everything we see?

The universal law of vibration says that everything is vibrating at a different speed, and certain frequencies on water show sacred geometry that seems to be patterns in nature as well. I'd appreciate credible sources

"The universal law of vibration says that everything is vibrating at a different speed,"

Sounds like New Age hooey, stringing scientific-sounding words together without real meaning.

That's not a physics theory. In fact it doesn't have any particular meaning in physics, so that would be classified as so meaningless it's "not even wrong".

Everything has a natural resonance, which is dependant on the mass and volume of the object. This can be exploited to make sounds louder, which is how instruments work.

As for sacred geometry, I don't know what that is, that may be bull.
