Full lower body workout?
I've been looking for a workout for my quads, glutes, hammys, calves, and thighs and couldn't find a complete schedule anywhere... So could anyone give me a schedule that I could do 3-5 days a week that cover those muscles with reps and sets?
Note: I do not have access to barbells, benches, machines, or an exercise ball.

Body-weight squats, stair steppers, reverse stair steppers, body weight lunges (both normal positioning and extended positioning), explosive high knees, explosive skips, butt kickers, and jogging/running.
The only thing you'll need for this is a track with some bleachers.
