Depends on the movie, the director and/or the actor/actress. Some have body doubles, (mostly nude- and porn stars) others wear body suits. (Skin coloured leotards). 90% of the times it is not even a necessity in the script of the movie. Just inserted for publicity's sake. Makes more money??
