PLEASe help STeam is pissing me of?

I feel your pain. I really dislike the elitist steam software model. I hate being forced to load the steam software I don't want with the constant updates and waste of my processor cycles. It's almost criminal that they take your money and you own nothing, relying on their "good graces" to "allow" you to have access to what you should already own. They have gamers over a barrel and can whore you out to their advertisers. One little hickup (granted it hasn't happen large scale ... yet) and your out hundreds of dollars. They have "no record" of two games I purchased to the tune of $120 (YES, I have printed receits and digital record of transaction but, no support to work with) ... yea, don't trust or like them (to say the least) - gamers rebel!! DON'T GET THE SHAFT FROM STEAM!

1. Theres no custumer support or phone number.

2. they don't reply back to contact steam on online.

3. Activation code vanishes?

4. I bought games i never got, no one to call about it

5. DONT USE STEAM
