9 months pregnant and not up for entertaining guests.?

I'm nine months pregnant and have an 17 month old. I'm due any day and do not feel good. My husband is only off work for 2 days a week and every time he is off, his cousin comes over and spends the entire day here. I do not feel like entertaining her while he watches football all day. I like her but I am just miserable and I'm sick of my house being the "hangout" house. She has no social life no kids or boyfriend at 35 which is just fine but I feel like it's becoming our responsibility to be her social life. When she comes I always have to make lunch, cook dinner, do dishes and tidy the house up because I don't like it messy for guests. I need this time to rest, lay on my couch and just enjoy the last days of pregnancy. Sorry if that's selfish but I'm just exhausted. She has been doing this for 2 years now. Its getting excessive. How do i put this to an end without making her hate me? I certainly don't want people over weekly when I have a new born and toddler to take care of.
