majd Sayej - I don't know why the other two responders told you that motherboard won't work with the FX-8350, but it absolutely WILL work. It's not the motherboard that I would choose, but it is an AM3+ motherboard (which is what the FX-8350 is) and it does support 8 cores (which is what the FX-8350 is).
Go to the Asus web site and check for yourself. I would go with a 990FX, but if there was a particular reason you were going to use the Asus M5A97, then you're good to go!
