Will I be put in the cheaters pool in gta online?
Ok so I was playing gta online earlier and no joke some guy put a $1,000,000,000 bounty on someone's head and yes I did indeed mean to type billion. So I killed the guy and got it. Then I hear Rockstar is putting cheaters in some crappy thing. I just saw the bounty and I don't know if they can do that to me since I just collected on a bounty.

No you will not. You were playing the game as it is. However, just in case you may want to contact Rockstar about it.
