Screen Capture Recorders not recording any audio?

Hi, for some reason, when I try to screen capture record anything on my computer, it wont record any of the audio. I tried 3 different programs to do this, and each one wont record the audio so I assume theres some setting on my computer thats causing this. I tried looking for information online but couldnt come up with much, but something lead me to believe that perhaps my sound card causing this mess up to happen, that since Im not using the built in sound card but the installed one, the sound is trying to read off from the built in one, therefor is recording no sound since its not being used, but this is just a guess, but regardless, does any one have any ideas or point me into a direction to where I can find the information?

My installed sound card is ASUS Xonar DSX. I tried messing with the Analog Out settings like to the speakers, or headphone, or the jack that uses the built in sound card, but non of that seems to help.

I really appreciate any help, thanks

By default, My Screen Recorder uses your microphone to record audio. Since you are trying to record audio from your own computer, you must record audio from speakers. Try using the Audio Tuning Wizard and change the setting to "Record from speakers".
