My parent won't let me go to a mixed sleepover?

If I were your dad, not even in a million years! Your parents have to talk with your friends.

As a mother myself . HECK NO , I wouldn't let my daughter go to a mixed sleep over ! I've got 5 girls 24 ,23 ,19 , 16 (today) & 11 . I'm a young mom at that . So I know what can happen . Whether or not you intend or not intend on interacting with a boy (assuming you are a girl) since it is a sleep over .

Things out of your control can happen . Not knowing how old you are plays in my decision also . Well , no it doesn't . No , my answer would be no .

Your parents are right not to let you attend . And please remember . Just because so&so's parents let her/him go . Doesn't make them great parents . Sometimes great parents are the ones that say "no" .

Well first of all why not? What's the difference between going to an all girls sleepover and going to a mixed sleepover. So yes they are being unreasonable.

How old are you? That's obviously a main point. Explain to them that they're just your friends and no one else's parents care, people should be able to be friends with who ever they like, no matter what their gender, race, opinions, etc. tell them they need to let you be friends with the people you like and enjoy life. Theres nothing wrong with being friends with an opposite sex.

If they are friends and other girls are going the yes they are being unreasonable.
