any mbbs student from the subcontinent who got job in UK here? Want some advice?

hello, i am a fresh graduate, just completed my MBBS and have not started internship yet. Want to go to countries like UK. So i know i have to give PLAB for it but if there is anyone here who cleared PLAB and works in UK, who can give me any advice, if this is a good idea? Or any suggestion! That would be great.

There are no internship opportunities if you don't have the right to work in the UK already.
