Good idea to spam girlfriends phone will she is away?

my Girlfriend, well not really yet but we both want to and know im going to ask her when she gets back, is out of country on a cruise. Is it a good idea to send her text messages even tho she cant get em? just like saying good morning and goodnight and other stuff that girls like to get I guess? or is that like a wtf y has he send me so much messages he knows I cant get them that's creepy thing? idk cuz girls like it when they sleep I know, but like would she like when she comes back to get all these text from me to know I was thinkning about her? so she can read them on her way home? not like a lot, just like 3 or 4 a day saying something, idk I need girls help on this one lol
