Maybe temporarily. There's always some snarky busy-body and she plays the part well. But even if they wanted to give her a love interest, who would it be?

Curly locks might be set in her ways but having a relationship might keep her occupied and out of everyone else's HAIR.

Yes I believe she would. But she's so hateful I doubt if she could attract a dog much less a man.
