what does MB3 Hi-Line mean in the decoded vin number for a 1977 dodge pickup?

i decoded the vin number on our 1977 dodge pickup and it came up on there MB3 Hi-Line. what does this mean? the full vin number is W24BE7S215055. on the title the pickup is listed as a w250. it is 4 wheel drive and has a 318 motor. the pickup appears to be a military pickup and i was also wondering if it is a powerwagon

Update:

this pickup has no emblems on it at all to say anything about it, so does that mean it is like a ford highboy pickup only it is a dodge?

Update 2:

we did figure out that the pickup is a M880 and wound up in the forestry service before becoming a plow truck
