how to get a high arched(10 pts)?

First off i don't want no ronald mcdonald brows i just want a good arched to frame my face because my brows are to thick and flat so how can i arched them myself

    use white eye shadow under your brows for impact

    You can shave half of your eyebrows off and draw on a arch thats the only way to get a HIGH arch
