Very simple, go to systemrequiremetslab.com. Type the name of your game in search box. Click "Can i run it" and Follow the instruction on that website.

Control Panel > System and Maintenance > System
That will tell you your Operating System, RAM and Processor
From there, go to "Device Manager" and you can see everything else.
In all honesty, if you don't know how to do that, you likely have a PC that isn't able to run it. Most of the computers that can run those games are computers BUILT to run those games and the people that own those computers would know how to do something this simple.

To find out usually on the back of the box/case (for FIFA 14) there will be a list of specifications.
