I'm a 15 year old guy, and today a good friend of mine (we could be considered more than friends, not sexually) and today she told me she had a dream that she and I had dinner together. Does this mean anything?

It could mean two things. #1 she could be leaving hints that she wants to be with you but is to clammy to ask you because she does not want anything weird between you two. #2 is that she just wants to be friends and hang out with you.

No it doesn't other than you and a hundred other people that are in her head. We all have random dreams not based in reality. Look at it from her point of view. She was just sharing a random dream of eating dinner and your face popped up.
