Can someone list for me Dr. Who in order?

The television series and the movies, plus all the television series related, or intertwined, with this one. I have googled everything I can think of, and can not find it anywhere. I know there are several movies, but don't know at what point in the television series should I watch what movie. I know there is a show called Torchwood that is an off branch of this one, focusing on a different character. At what point in this show should I start watching Torchwood? I would absolutely LOVE anyone who can give me this list.

    BBC America has all the info you need on Dr Who. Best time to start Torchwood is after captain Jack leaves the doctor and starts Torchwood.
