I'm engaged to my first boyfriend. He was my first everything. I think there is a possibility. Its all about taking it slow and getting to know someone before you start anything serious.

It's possible and I've known even a few people for whom it has happened. But mostly unlikely. Our "first love" is often not just a function of who the other person was, but also the time and place and circumstances; all of which will have changed over the time period you're hypothesizing.
