How do I make my boobs smaller?

It is impossible for you to make your boobs smaller naturally except by surgery. The only thing you can do is make your boobs LOOK smaller.

1. Wear a sport bra.

2. Eat healthy diet (avoid high calories food so your boobs will not absorb any fat).

3. Exercise often. Try to lose some weight to make you look skinny and the boobs will look smaller compare to your body. Also try doing chest exercise to lose fat in your boobs.

4. Avoid wearing tight clothes so your boobs will not be too attractive.

Anna, there really isn't any way to shrink them except for surgery. Using a compression bra only results in you having sore boobs and possibly causing cysts in your breast if you wear them too long. Dont worry about people staring.. be proud of yourself and your body Anna. Trust me, guys WILL love the "extra" you have :)

I had this same exact problem in the past but as i got older i started to really appreciate them because everyone wanted what i already had. So, be confident because sooner or later you won't be your age anymore and you'll be older.
