where is the oil pressure relief valve on a 2005 3.8 dodge grand caravan?
is it under the oil filter thread case or in the oil pan. can I get at it without taking the front cover off?
thank you for your replys. head gasket blew and parts of it went in the oil and plugged the pick up tube. never burnt it out but still a nice present

Its part of the oil pump which as you know is in the front cover...The front cover does not need to come off but you will need to remove the oil pan to be able to access it.
