dodge grand caravan motor change 3.8 for a 3.3?

have a dodge grand caravan 2005 sxt with a 3.8L and was wondering if a 3.3L would fit in it and bolt up to the exhaust and transmission and if the sensor wires would all hook up the same

    Yes but you have to change the wire harness an exhaust
