how do I get my folders tab to show I have an unread e-mail in it?

On my folders tab it showed that I had an unread e-mail and now its not. How can I get it to show so I know when there is unread mail in it. I always forget to look. That helped ALOT. I moved an unread e-mail to one it was not filtered into it.

    Hi Reba,

Your individual folders should include a number alongside the folder name that indicates the current number of unread emails. If you hover your mouse cursor over that name you should also see the total number of emails in that folder. If you move an unread email to a folder it should immediately register within that folder and change the displayed unread email number.

If this isn't working correctly I recommend trying the following browser troubleshooting procedures to see if that helps.
