There is a zip file attached, but I am hesitant to open it do to it potentially being a virus. I have not received anything in the mail, so it seems fishy. What should I do?
Nevermind. I rechecked their Wilmerhale's site and they now have a link to this page.

Delete it, never open suspicious emails. If it was an official Court hearing, they would of contacted you by mail / phone.

Never click links in emails that aren't from someone you know and trust, and never run programs attached to emails.
That is basic email security. Most of us (including me) learned the hard way, so don't sweat it if you accidentally opened it. Just run a virus scanner and anti-spyware software.

The zip file may contain lots of viruses. It is a common way for viruses to spread. So you should delete it.

Courts don't send zip files.
