Would you ever pay these do your homework sites?

Like say its a site called

upayido-homework.cp.gov

And lets say the site is full of adverts and pop ups of 'customer service's' faces and then the most convincing bootleg reviews. But they have their terms, their policy, their license, some "badges" that show they've been reviewed/recommended by other sites.

I wish I could trust those sites but it looks just as fake as it does real.
